GROUP DORAL LLC performs air-conditioning and HVAC services on site. Because our work is hands-on labor and parts installed at your property, this policy explains how estimates, cancellations, refunds and our workmanship guarantee work. Last updated 2026.
Replacement estimates are free and carry no obligation. Diagnostic and repair work is quoted in writing and only begins after you approve the price. You are never charged for work you did not authorize.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked service visit at any time up to the technician's arrival at no charge — just call (305) 614-2870. If a technician has already been dispatched and diagnostic work has begun, only the quoted diagnostic fee applies.
If a repair we performed does not resolve the issue it was intended to fix, we will return and correct it at no additional labor cost, or refund the labor portion of that specific repair. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service and are handled by the same technician or the owner.
Installed parts and new equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf. Our labor on repairs is guaranteed for 90 days; new system installations carry a 1-year workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's coverage.
Optional maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time. Any prepaid, unused visits are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
