These Terms of Service govern air-conditioning and HVAC services provided by GROUP DORAL LLC ("we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company (filing L11000142159) based at 770 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Suite 306, Coral Gables, FL 33134. By booking a service visit you agree to these terms. Last updated 2026.
We provide on-site air-conditioning diagnostics, repair, preventive maintenance, system replacement and installation, ductwork and indoor-air-quality services within Miami-Dade County, Florida. All work is performed at the customer's property by our technicians. We do not sell products for shipment and provide no service through this website other than information and contact.
Replacement estimates are free. Diagnostic and repair pricing is provided in writing before work begins and is valid for 30 days. Additional issues discovered during the work are quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed.
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment and to be reachable at the phone number you provide. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a diagnostic or trip fee may apply.
Payment is due on completion of the work by check, card or ACH. We do not take payment through this website and do not store card details. Optional maintenance plans are billed only as separately agreed in writing.
Repairs are guaranteed for 90 days and new installations for 1 year of workmanship, in addition to the manufacturer's parts and equipment warranty. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, failures of unrelated equipment, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control. We carry general liability insurance and hold a Florida HVAC/mechanical contractor license.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
